The role

Join Golonex Solutions Lab and AI Automation practice. You will design LLM systems that enterprises can actually put into production — with evaluation, audit trails, and named accountability — not demos that stall in a pilot.

What you will do

• Design RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and tool-using LLM applications.
• Integrate models with ERP, IDP, and internal systems under change-control.
• Define evaluation, tracing, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Work with vCAIO-led readiness programmes (ISO 42001, EU AI Act).

Must have

• Hands-on Python and production LLM/RAG experience.
• Comfort with vector stores, embeddings, prompt evaluation, and observability.
• Clear written communication for regulated-industry stakeholders.
