Candidate Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Golonex, part of Radha Technology Group, handles personal information you give us when you apply for a role, drop a resume, or contact the talent team on this site. It is separate from the general privacy notice on golonex.com.
What we collect
Depending on the form, we collect:
- Your name, email, phone number, and location
- Your resume, and any cover note you write
- Work history, skills, current title, years of experience, and profile links such as LinkedIn
- Answers to screening questions for a role
- Messages you send through the contact form
We also store the time you agreed to this notice, and technical data our host needs to run the form, including a Cloudflare Turnstile check that helps block automated submissions.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your application, contact you about roles, and keep a record of our hiring decisions. We ask for your consent before we store your details for recruitment. You can withdraw that consent by asking us to delete your information.
Where a role is with a client, we share only what that hiring team needs to consider you for that role. We do not sell candidate information.
Who sees it
Golonex recruiters and the people involved in hiring for a role can see your application. Our email and file-storage providers process it on our instructions so we can receive your resume and reply to you. Resumes are not published on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep your resume and application for up to 24 months after your last application or message, so we can consider you for later roles. You can ask us to delete them sooner. We may keep a limited record for longer where the law requires it, for example a note that we responded to a deletion request.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also object to processing that is not required for a legal obligation, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in India, you can withdraw consent and ask for erasure under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
